Frequently Asked Questions

  • Open Gym is a group activity where you will be able to perform the activities that typically cause your problems.  The therapist will make adjustments so that you will be able to do the activities that you were unable to do before.

  • You will be in a gym environment where you will be able to move and exercise as you typically do while you receive manual therapy to eliminate the cause of your pain or immobility.  Wear comfortable exercise clothes and athletic shoes.

  • Regular physical therapy often presumes that pain and weakness are caused by lack of strength or mobility.  At Open Gym, your therapist will find the structural problems that are negatively effecting your full potential.  You will feel the benefit instantly.

  • When training has plateaued or pain has disrupted training, you belong at Open Gym.   Open Gym is a place where you can rise above your limitations by receiving the anatomical adjustments your body needs to achieve your fitness goals.  Real time improvements in your pain and ability.

  • Yes! You may use your insurance as long as it is an insurance that Core Physical Therapy is in-network with. If you do not have insurance, you may pay our cash rate. Our self-pay rate for the initial evaluation is $115 and follow up visits are $65. Please click here to learn if we participate with your insurance.
