Each session is guided by a certified yoga instructor who will modify any pose to meet your unique needs. A licensed physical therapist is also available during the session, and will provide manual treatments if you are experiencing pain or discomfort when reaching for various poses.
-
Whether you’re wrestling with chronic pain, bouncing back from an injury, or just trying to enhance your flexibility, our unique approach intertwines therapeutic techniques with the serene flow of yoga.
-
Corective Yoga is traditional yoga with a twist. It is lead by a certified yoga instructor. The instructor will lead you through the class. During this time, a physical therapist will be observing the class. Anyone who is having difficulty achieving a pose, or is feeling pain can ask the physical therapist for help. You will be brought to a treatment table at the back of the room or perhaps receive treatment right at your place on the floor. You will then be able to retest the difficult or painful pose ( which should now not be difficult) and then get right back into the session.
